Position Overview
The Store Operations Leader plays a vital role within the Store Management team, contributing to our mission of guiding individuals on their journey to improved health. This position focuses on optimizing store performance and fostering customer loyalty through outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Store Manager, the Store Operations Leader will:
  • Oversee overall store management, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Manage sales and inventory effectively.
  • Lead employee recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
  • Champion customer service excellence.

Essential Duties
Management:
  • Guide and collaborate with store teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Direct and assign tasks to store personnel.
  • Communicate vital information to staff in a clear and timely manner.
  • Assist the Store Manager in developing action plans for operational enhancements.

Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
  • Promote a culture of exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.

Preferred:
  • Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles.

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:
The typical pay range for this position is: $28.00. This range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for all roles within this job grade. Actual salary offers will depend on various factors, including experience and education.
