Overview

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a CT Scan Technologist, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality cross-sectional images that aid radiologists in diagnosing diseases and disorders.

About the Role

This is a highly rewarding position that requires strong scientific and technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. You will be responsible for operating sophisticated computer equipment, performing X-rays, CT scans, and EKGs, and interacting effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate computerized x-ray equipment to produce cross-sectional images of the human anatomy
  • Perform X-rays, CT scans, and EKGs
  • Interact compassionately and effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Communicate complex medical information effectively
  • Work independently and follow detailed instructions precisely

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Current BLS certification
  • Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school
  • Ability to meet requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
