IT Infrastructure Administrator

Alta Forest Products LLC is seeking a qualified IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our dedicated IT Services team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in managing and overseeing the company's IT systems. Your key responsibilities will include the administration and monitoring of servers, backups, workstations, networks, and other critical IT components.

This position will also involve coordinating system upgrades, implementing the latest software versions, rolling out new systems, and providing necessary training to staff.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Industry certifications or proven work experience in IT.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server operating systems (2016 and above).
• Experience with Active Directory and related services for over two years.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, capable of resolving critical issues independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all business dealings.
• Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP), equipment, and services (DNS).

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.
• A degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune is advantageous.

This position typically operates in an office environment, with occasional exposure to industrial settings. Employees may need to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Regular tasks involve sitting, using hands for various functions, and effective communication.

This is an exempt position under FLSA guidelines, requiring a commitment to a standard 40-hour work week. Flexibility for evening or weekend work may be necessary to meet critical objectives.
