About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Quality Engineer to join our team at Emerson. As an Electrical Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our electrical products and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an internal technical expert on designated processes and commodities, supporting Emerson's global technology strategies.
  • Build suppliers' understanding of our technical and performance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain consistent electrical quality management processes between all Emerson global factories.
  • Influence design engineers to optimize for Design for Sourcing & Manufacturability in New Product Development.
  • Lead evaluation and approval of new suppliers and parts through Advanced Quality Planning (AQP), actively resolve supplier-related issues and non-conformances.
  • Drive programs crafted to reduce total cost while maintaining quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
  • Minimum 0 years of experience.
  • This position requires technical capabilities, leadership, interpersonal skills, and the initiative to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualified candidates must possess excellent oral/written communication skills and a high level of self-discipline and organization.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
