Bank Teller

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a highly skilled Teller (Client Service Associate) to join our team at the Pahrump branch in Pahrump, NV.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Teller (Client Service Associate), you will be responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions, identifying and addressing clients' needs, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.

• Process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services, including opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, and performing account maintenance
• Resolve clients' problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources
• Identify and maximize cross-sell bank opportunities through exploring clients' needs

• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking
• Solid balancing and customer service skills
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs
• High School diploma or equivalent
