We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team at Javaheri & Yahoudai A Professional Law Corporation. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for handling pre-litigation files from start to finish, providing exceptional customer service, and managing a high-volume caseload.
Key Responsibilities- Initial and ongoing client contact to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction
- Requesting and managing medical records, scheduling medical appointments, and coordinating client medical care
- Opening and closing files, calendaring events, and resolving pending disputes and loss of use claims
- Reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution and preparing files for submission to demand writers
- Providing overall quality client care and ensuring timely resolution of cases
- Minimum 2 years of experience in case management or a related field
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Strong understanding of the injury claims process and basic knowledge of medical terminology
