Machinist Technician

Falcon Manufacturing is a leading custom fabrication facility for sheet metal, tubing, and wire components. We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our Wire-Machine-Tubing Department.

• Operate and maintain manual drill press, lathe, and milling machines to produce high-quality parts
• Set up production for colleagues and run repetitive production parts as needed
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate part production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other related duties as required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AIM CNC Wire Bending
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pneumatic tabletop wire bending
• Experience with pemserter machine
• Ability to meet productivity standards and work independently
• Ability to solve problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Dependable and energetic with a willingness to learn

• Experience in metal shop production
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
