Job Opportunity

Harrison Gray Search & Consulting is partnering with a renowned architecture, engineering, and construction firm to find a skilled BIM Manager.

This is a hybrid position with the option to work remotely 2-3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking and reporting on the company's BIM implementation, focusing on Revit.

• Developing BIM strategies by assessing workflows, planning improvements, executing rollouts, and evaluating outcomes.

• Identifying trends and opportunities in BIM, recommending software, and creating automated routines to enhance standards and productivity.

• Leading BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement, including documentation and workflow processes.

• Supporting project standards coordination with customers.

• Creating and maintaining Revit families to meet documentation needs.

• Providing hardware and network support related to BIM, coordinating upgrades with IT.

• Conducting internal training and maintaining software competency through continued education.

• Creating documentation for marketing purposes and delivering presentations at industry conferences.

• Engaging with industry organizations like AIA TAP, Autodesk University, and local institutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry with design, drafting, or engineering production.

• Advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-related plugins/extensions.

• Strong understanding of BIM standards (NCS, NBIMS).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage priorities independently.

• Team player with a commitment to continuous education.

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years of AEC industry experience.

• Knowledge or familiarity with other BIM tools.

• Experience with LEAN design, Navisworks, and published BIM-related content (blogs, articles, webinars).
