The Residential Cleaner will be tasked with ensuring the cleanliness of resident apartments in accordance with community standards and procedures. Delivering exceptional customer service and promoting teamwork among colleagues and various departments is essential to maintaining the community's high standards of cleanliness and safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Cleaning resident apartments, including furniture, fixtures, heating/cooling units, and bathroom facilities
  • Reporting health, safety, and sanitation issues to the supervisor
  • Strictly following cleaning schedules
  • Properly disposing of trash and waste throughout the shift
  • Maintaining safe and attractive work areas
  • Adhering to proper procedures for chemical and cleaning solution usage

  • Assisting in resident relocation during emergencies
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor

**Qualifications:**
