Job Title: Interim Training Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Training Supervisor to join our team at Prime Therapeutics LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our department and functional area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and develop the Training Team by managing staff scheduling and time off requests, 1:1s, individual performance feedback, corrective action, performance appraisals, new employee on-boarding, training and career development
  • Partner with department or functional area to identify training needs and prioritize activities based on timelines provided
  • Ensure training methods are aligned with industry best practices and meet the diverse needs of our staff, including just-in-time opportunities, online courses, classroom training, skills assessments, and annual monitoring
  • Work with leaders to evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and staff, and provide results from training evaluations and additional resources
  • Identify cross-departmental training needs, create training materials, assist with initial and ongoing training needs, manage the training calendar and plans, and serve as the primary touch point for internal and external needs related to training
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related area of study, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
  • 3 years of work experience in education, training, account/client management operations, and/or project management
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Previous healthcare experience, preferably with a PBM
