Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical direction and oversight to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices and protocols to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Provide education and training to staff on best practices and new technologies
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
  • 1 year of registered nurse experience (or completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a leadership or management role
  • Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements (TJC, DHEC, CMS)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
