- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Provide education and training to staff on best practices and new technologies
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
- 1 year of registered nurse experience (or completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program)
- Experience in a leadership or management role
- Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements (TJC, DHEC, CMS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
