Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Associate to join our team at Danone North America. As a key member of our plant team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, floors, walls, drains, and conveyors to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
  • Discard trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Clean and maintain ingredient staging areas, warehouses, coolers, restrooms, locker rooms, break rooms, and office areas.
  • Perform duties as per master sanitation schedule and other assigned tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of experience and/or training in sanitation and maintenance.
  • Good working knowledge of chemicals used in cleaning.
  • Computer experience required.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouch, or crawl, and lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.

The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail, with occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, and loud noises.
