The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling patients, managing clinic supply inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and faculty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patients and manage clinic appointments
  • Manage clinic supply inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and faculty, including greeting patients and escorting them to the correct therapist
  • Answer the clinic phone and retrieve voicemail, scheduling appointments as needed
  • Assist faculty with various tasks and projects as needed
Requirements
  • Good academic standing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, working 4:30p-7:30p, Monday-Thursday. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
