Primary Duties:

  • Create and present educational materials and training sessions on a variety of subjects
  • Evaluate training needs throughout the organization
  • Work closely with Production management to identify and fulfill training requirements
  • Develop online training modules and in-person training sessions
  • Investigate and suggest external training options
  • Engage in special corporate and organizational development projects
  • Facilitate on-the-job training and orientation for new employees
  • Support documentation protocols and initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Assist in budget planning and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints
  • Maintain compliance and documentation within the Learning Management System

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Over seven years of experience in Training and Development or a related discipline
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Training, Education, or Human Resources, or comparable experience
  • Understanding of adult learning principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Previous experience in program design and curriculum creation
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
