Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of production employees, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with other departments, including production planning, purchasing, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, including metal bonding, tooling, presses, CNC/robotics, assembly, metal fabrication, and metal finishing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating system.
