RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with the make-ready team to prepare vacant units for new residents, which includes tasks such as cleaning appliances, dusting surfaces, and performing deep cleaning in bathrooms and kitchens, as well as maintaining ceiling fans and vents.

Additionally, assist in the upkeep of common areas throughout the properties.

REQUIREMENTS:
