Job Title: IT Lead Full Stack Developer and Operations Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Lead Full Stack Developer and Operations Support Engineer to join our team at Brightspeed. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure, as well as developing and maintaining high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop cloud-native applications using Java/JEE frameworks, UI frameworks, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical support incidents and improve application reliability
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the scalability, performance, and security of cloud-based applications
  • Monitor and analyze application performance using APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, and Sumo Logic
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise full stack Java development, cloud infrastructure, and application support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence within the team
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, containerization, and orchestration tools
