Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HVAC Installation Department to complete installation projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Carry out standard HVACR installation tasks independently, without direct supervision.
- Support Senior Installation Technicians in mentoring new employees on installation techniques and protocols.
- Engage in point-of-work sales for Indoor Air Quality services, unit components, replacements, and referrals.
- Assist with non-installation tasks for the IAQ and Service Departments as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Installation Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and completion of a post-secondary HVACR training program of at least two years.
- A minimum of one year of full-time experience in HVACR, either in service or installation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret installation manuals and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Physical capability to perform all job functions under varying weather conditions.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development through self-study and training opportunities.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques for service contracts and unit replacements.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing customer needs.
