The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with exceptional observational abilities and prior experience in surveillance. The ability to maintain composure in stressful situations while demonstrating patience and meticulous attention to detail is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the property or buildings as assigned. In the event of suspicious behavior, notify local authorities. Monitor surveillance cameras and assess crowds as necessary. Verify the identification required for entry and ensure all access points are secure on a rotating basis.
  • Investigation: Respond promptly to alerts regarding suspicious activities. If an individual is suspected of criminal behavior, secure the area and the individual, and inform local authorities. Carry out additional related tasks as needed.
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 2 pm to 10 pm; Friday 12 noon to 6 pm.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Security guard training certification is preferred.
  • Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and able to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • A valid Texas driver's license in good standing is required.
