3&3 Tech Flex Program

Upon joining, you will receive the 3&3 Tech Flex Program documentation, outlining the specifics of this incentive program. In summary, eligible roles can take part in an engaging retention initiative that offers choices each year: a $3,500 cash bonus, 40 additional hours of floating holidays, or $3,500 for technical training. For team members who qualify mid-year, the cash bonus option will apply for that year, prorated accordingly. Key Responsibilities

Role Duties

Mobile Facilities Maintenance Specialists assist clients in maintaining their commercial properties, safeguarding their investments, and preventing expensive repairs.

This role involves operating from a service vehicle equipped with an array of tools to execute general repairs and minor service projects at client locations, as well as conducting inspection and maintenance programs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and performing repairs on various appliances, equipment, and building components (walls, windows, doors, etc.). Additionally, our specialists provide minor HVAC and plumbing services to support our specialized technicians.

Mobile Facilities Maintenance Specialists serve as the frontline representatives for our Facility Managers and Clients. They engage with customers to confirm service requests and ensure satisfaction with the completed work. Adherence to all relevant safety protocols and building regulations is essential.

Our specialists possess a diverse skill set, including:
  • Proficient use of various power tools such as drills and saws.
  • Ability to provide repair estimates.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety.
Qualifications

Skills and Competencies
  • Proven experience using tools and supporting equipment (e.g., ladders).
  • Ability to maintain a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor while collaborating with diverse individuals.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the capacity to focus on tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to interpret blueprints, plans, and diagrams.
  • Proficiency in tracking expenses and adhering to budgets.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices (cellphones, tablets, etc.) for managing work orders and communicating via email and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience working at heights using ladders and other platforms.
Experience Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in executing general repairs within the commercial sector.
  • Experience in painting, carpentry, plumbing, and related fields.
Education and Training

A secondary school diploma or GED is mandatory for this position. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed trade school programs with a focus on building-related subjects. Candidates may also present training certifications that highlight specialized services and areas of expertise.
