About the Role

Catholic Charities is a leading organization dedicated to providing essential services to those in need. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the physical assets, general maintenance, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, and construction or rehabilitation projects.
  • Have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, carpentry, painting, drywall, and other building systems.
  • Implement procedures for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment.
  • Supervise maintenance technicians.
  • Respond to emergency situations to provide direct relief or to arrange and monitor the activities of a contractor.
Requirements
  • Vocational/Technical School and/or training.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Valid NYS Drivers License.
