Job Description

Fueling Business Growth & Opportunity

  • Spearhead market trend analysis to identify high-potential areas for expansion and business development.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure we are targeting the right leads, managing a robust sales pipeline, and driving follow-up actions that convert opportunities into success.

Proposal Development & New Business

  • Assist in developing compelling proposals for exciting new business opportunities, bringing together market research, strategy, and creativity to win over clients.

Seamless Community Onboarding & Execution

  • Partner with multiple teams, including Business Development, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and successful execution of new communities.

Performance Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that matter, ensuring we stay on track to meet our business objectives and exceed expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strategic problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze stakeholder needs and offer smart, impactful solutions.
  • Understanding of community association management principles, contracting processes, and related regulations is a big plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to connect with colleagues and stakeholders across all levels.
  • Organizational skills to stay on top of priorities, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with precision.
  • Tech-savviness to comfortably use a variety of software platforms, including Windows-based systems and CRM tools.
