Loan Servicing Role

The Loan Servicing Processor is responsible for ensuring smooth loan servicing operations at Stock Yards Bank and Trust. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Meet established goals of quality, efficiency, and accuracy by assisting customers with questions and/or concerns on all loan accounts and services.
  • Process and prepare closing documents for consumer and small business loan applications.
  • Perform operational tasks, including distribution of account maintenance and product support information.
  • Process Block/TMS work, payments, and proof tickets.

Requirements:

  • Four years of high school or equivalent required; some college/degree preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in loan servicing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
