AdventHealth Florida is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team in Ocala, Florida.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Med Surg department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and develop effective care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and implement interventions to prevent or manage adverse outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current FL RN License
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BLS
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent human relations and oral/written skills
