Location: Mt. Pleasant

Position Overview:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Locating and providing correct parts, accessories, and merchandise to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Managing a fleet of trucks and coordinating deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Maintaining store appearance and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven management and retail experience in the aftermarket auto parts industry.
  • Pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and management.
  • Strong people skills to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
