Demolition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Demolition Laborer to join our team at Perpetual Labor Sourcing in Indianapolis, IN. As a Demolition Laborer, you will be responsible for executing controlled demolition of structures using various tools and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural demolition tasks with precision and care.
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Efficiently handle and dispose of debris, salvaging materials whenever possible.
• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and jackhammers with precision and care.
• Collaborate with a team of demolition professionals to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in demolition or related field is preferred.
• Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., OSHA 10/30, demolition certifications) is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve problems and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
