Job Title: Travel LPN

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced LPN to join our travel healthcare team. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings and locations, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and address any patient concerns.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and communications.

Requirements:
  • Active LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably in a travel or per diem setting.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
