Academic Coach

Club Xcite is seeking a skilled Academic Coach to provide personalized support to students and their families. As a key member of our team, you will work one-on-one with clients to address academic, social, and emotional challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized coaching plans to meet client needs.
• Prepare and deliver lessons, workshops, and other educational activities.
• Communicate regularly with families to ensure progress and address concerns.
• Track client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance coaching skills.

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral and social challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid CA Mandated Reporter Training Certificate of Completion.
