Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nurse to join our team at Amare Medical Network in Indianapolis. As a PICU nurse, you will be responsible for managing the care of infants, children, and adolescents experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high-intensity therapies, and interventions. You will also provide education, information, and emotional support to patients' families and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in the PICU setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment options
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:
• Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana
• BLS and PALS certifications
• Pediatric pharmacology and pediatric RN experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
