About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Designer to join our team in Kansas. The estimated annual salary for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 based on industry standards.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Product Designer to help drive amazing User Experience Design for our client's eCommerce platforms and Web ecosystem across various channels.

As a Digital Product Designer, you will translate strategy and complex product goals into effective brand experiences and clean, smart design solutions to delight end-users and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to inform design decisions and create consumer and professional experiences for ecommerce and connected product applications.
  • Design Development: Produce journey maps, sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications, working with IT and QA teams to ensure specifications are implemented correctly.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Champion data-driven decisions, managing qualitative user research and leveraging Google Analytics to identify gaps and opportunities in the UX and user journeys.
  • Project Management: Manage the design process, drive decisions, track issues, and assist in estimating resource needs and schedules.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in design thinking/human-centered design.
  • Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrate experience crafting usable digital interfaces.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Invision as well as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with qualitative user research.
  • Experience leveraging Google Analytics or similar tagging to guide UX decisions.
  • Experience mentoring and providing feedback and direction to other designers.
