About the Role

The Captain position is responsible for ensuring Guests' initial impressions with Dave & Buster's are positive and welcoming. As a Captain, you will act as an ambassador to the building, assisting Guests with all requests and answering questions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional Guest service through proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Act as an initial point of contact for matters concerning safety and security in all areas.
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the Viewpoint and Midway areas.
  • Provide game assistance and promptly notify Support Technicians or Management as needed.
  • Bid farewell to Guests leaving and ensure everything was satisfactory.
Requirements:
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.
  • You should be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
