Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment, ensuring safe working conditions, and promoting teamwork that increases productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as rubber tire loaders, track hoes, dozers, backhoes, cranes, and CDL A required vehicles
  • Perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment
  • Demonstrate experienced operation and equipment knowledge
  • Communicate with supervisor throughout the job process
  • Safely drive, operate, and maintain equipment
  • Follow DOT regulations and ensure proper permits and driving regulations are followed

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

Working Conditions:

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Driving, walking, standing frequently
  • Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions, and some heavy lifting
  • Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery
