About the RoleAs a Business Operations Analyst, you will serve as a cross-functional liaison, ensuring seamless communication between departments and driving growth within our Partnerships team.
In this role, you will collect data to identify root causes of problems, measure performance against process requirements, and partner with senior leadership at Figure through high-impact strategic projects and data analyses.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is eager to contribute and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities- Establish a structure and cadence for sales team reviews and reporting to increase visibility, drive growth, and resolve blockers
- Develop metrics for pipeline management, process measurement, and identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to develop periodic Business Reviews to share with key strategic partners and foster engagement
- Contribute to the growth and development of Figure's Sales and Partnerships operations
- Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems for the Figure leadership team
- Create reporting for internal stakeholders to track progress versus OKRs
- Develop and utilize frameworks to structure the team's thinking, drive visibility, and facilitate alignment
- Analyze large amounts of information and data quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and make actionable recommendations for Figure
- BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations at a high-growth company
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Intellectual curiosity and great data skills
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Passion to solve complex problems and build scalable processes
- Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment
- Experience working with sales teams
For NY, CA, and WA residents, the salary range for this position is $80,800 - $101,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience and location.
Figure Markets will not sponsor work visas for this position.
