Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in an on-call capacity. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing imaging examinations according to physician orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated imaging equipment. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that patients receive high-quality images while minimizing radiation exposure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging examinations according to physician orders, utilizing a range of imaging equipment.
  • Utilize clinical knowledge and judgment to ensure proper positioning factors, radiation dose calibration, and patient treatment.
  • Minimize radiation exposure to patients and operators while maintaining ALARA awareness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
  • Oregon Radiographer License upon hire or Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire.
  • National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months of hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
