ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Leader in our Outpatient Orthopedic setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the development of our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and Establish Care Plans: Conduct thorough evaluations to establish goal-based plans of care for patients, ensuring effective treatment and optimal outcomes.
- Implement and Manage Care Plans: Implement regular objective reassessment points to track progress towards goal achievement and adjust plans as needed to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
- Lead Clinical Teams: Establish care plans aligned to ATI Best Practice guidelines, manage caseloads effectively, and delegate treatment among the clinical care team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and Run In-Services: Develop and run in-clinic in-services annually, based on approved topic areas, to enhance clinical knowledge and skills among team members.
- Support Clinic Operations: Regularly assist Clinic Directors with onboarding support staff and assist in the development of ancillary staff to deliver ATI's team-based care model.
- Relocation Opportunity: Be prepared to relocate to high-need markets multiple times within the year to support the growth and development of our clinical programs.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Must have 6 months of travel experience or 1 year of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting. At least 1-3 years of experience as a licensed PT in an outpatient setting is preferred.
- Leadership: Establish self as a leader for the patient care team, demonstrating engaged and positive energy in work approach.
- Treatment Planning: Design and structure treatment plans to enable best possible patient outcomes, leveraging tools, resources, and care team personnel effectively.
- Care Team Management: Delegate care amongst the care-team effectively based on case complexity classification to enable all members of the care team to practice at the top of their license.
- Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills, written and verbal, and basic presentation skills to effectively share professional experiences with team members.
- Licensure: Licensed PT in-state, or candidate for licensure in-state.
