About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Nurse Supervisor. In this role, you'll be responsible for supervising and training our caregivers, evaluating resident conditions, and communicating effectively with our team and residents.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Evaluate resident conditions and report any changes to physicians
  • Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)
  • Communicate effectively with our team, residents, and families
