The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, financial reporting, and official documentation management. Experience with Agile software engineering, Cloud architectural design, and cyber security are highly valued. The selected individual will work closely with our Program Manager to provide administrative and operational support across various functional areas, including finance, proposals, pricing, contracting, human resources, and more.
- Provide administrative and operational support to line management in finance, proposals, pricing, contracting, human resources, etc.
- Participate in meetings and forums, including weekly and monthly contract representative meetings, subject to Government review and control.
- Track and assist team members with relevant training and requirements, and report completion to the Government.
The successful candidate will possess excellent executive writing, editing, and briefing skills, as well as experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
