Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all physical and mechanical items on our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, repair all physical and mechanical items on properties.
  • Perform routine inspections of equipment and systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of building maintenance experience.
  • 2 years' experience with HVAC, electrical, carpentry-like skills, and plumbing.
  • Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish (but not required).
Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus benefits including vision, medical, life insurance, 401k, and dental.
