About the Role

DaVita is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities

Care for Patients with Complex Needs: Deliver high-quality care to patients with multiple comorbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.

Work Collaboratively: Be part of a positive and supportive team environment where staff members rely on and support each other to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • IV certification required if required by state regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
  • BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
