About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Health and Wellness Nurse. This role involves providing clinical support and leadership in our large senior living community. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for directing care staff, completing resident assessments, and ensuring high-quality care consistent with state standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Practices according to the philosophy and policies/procedures of the community and State standards
* Completes resident assessments
* Provides direction and leadership to care staff
* Training staff on medication administration and other care duties
Requirements
* Graduate of accredited nursing program
* Must have a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state
* Maintain CEU requirements
* Computer skills
* Love for seniors
