Millwright Technician

At Florida Crystals, we are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. As a Millwright, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our refinery equipment.

The Millwright will work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor to perform routine and preventative maintenance services, including troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, rigging, metal fabrication, and repairs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance services, including troubleshooting and mechanical repairs
• Work with other refinery maintenance and operations personnel to handle normal everyday problems
• Perform cleaning and lubrication on mechanical equipment
• Work with other teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the refinery

• At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Ability to work overtime, rotating shifts, and weekends as needed
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
