Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and process payroll for 150 employees, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage a multi-state environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Perform journal entries, analysis, reconciliations, and accruals focused on payroll items, with a strong attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of payroll experience, with a strong understanding of ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in an office environment for 4-6 months during onboarding.
