Job Summary

OnTrac is seeking a skilled Package Handler Lead to oversee the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution in our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery.
  • Train sorters to perform assigned tasks safely and accurately.
  • Provide continual feedback to sorters, both positive and negative.
  • Inspect packages to ensure they are safe for truck transportation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both.
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
