Job Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Dexian - DISYS. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud native applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish frameworks and best practices for Incident Management as we transition to a Site Reliability Engineering team
  • Partner with Platform Engineering, Development, and Product teams to design, build, deploy, and maintain cloud native applications and infrastructure
  • Provide SME SRE support to Incident Management team members through investigation, analysis, leading technical resolution, and post-mortem actions
Requirements:
  • 7-8 years of experience in a professional Site Reliability Engineering Role with multi-cloud expertise: GCP, AWS, Azure
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code methodologies: Terraform
  • Expertise in container management solutions: Kubernetes, Docker
  • Expertise in CI/CD best practices and methodologies: GitLab
  • Monitoring and Observability: expertise with tools for logging, monitoring, and tracing: Splunk, New Relic, DataDog, Prometheus
  • Experience with Cost Optimization and best practices
  • Strong collaboration skills with multiple engineering functions, business leaders, and vendors, exhibiting excellent teamwork and strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Expertise of current trends of large-scale infrastructure environments
Location:

Plano, TX preferred. Hybrid (1-2 days in office)
