About the Role

MBS Solutions is actively seeking a Steel Fabrication Technician to join our team in Crawford County. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating steel components, including grinding, measuring, and painting tubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grind steel tubs to ensure proper fit and finish
  • Measure and drill holes in steel tubs with precision
  • Paint steel tubs using high-quality coatings
  • Align rack systems for efficient production
  • Assemble table components with accuracy
  • Cut tube steel as needed to meet production demands
  • Assemble parts from various materials with attention to detail
  • Perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of steel fabrication principles
  • Ability to use measuring tapes and rulers accurately
  • Familiarity with hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers)
  • Basic knowledge of power tools (drill, circular saw)
