Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Custodian to join our team at FirstService Residential. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure our properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned, including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, and other duties as required.
  • Maintain all cleaning solutions in accordance with OSHA requirements for hazardous chemicals.
  • Remove trash from premises and assist in emergency cleaning situations.
  • Complete daily work orders and reports as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
