About the Role
The Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Control Nurse RN will act as the educator for our facility, conducting orientation and providing ongoing in-service education to nursing staff. You will also be responsible for monitoring healthcare-associated infections, assessing infection prevention problems, and making recommendations for corrective action. Additionally, you will initiate, review, and revise infection prevention policies and procedures, consult with department heads and physicians as needed, and initiate follow-up on employee/resident exposures to communicable diseases.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a 10,000 sign-on bonus paid out over 1 year.
