Position Responsibilities:
As a Certified Scrub Technician, you will:
- Prepare the surgical environment by arranging drapes, solutions, instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure all equipment and instruments are in optimal working condition.
- Assist in the preparation, transportation, positioning, and draping of patients.
- Provide instruments to the surgeon during procedures while maintaining accurate counts of instruments and supplies.
- Handle and process specimens for laboratory delivery.

Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Certification as a Surgical Technician or completion of an accredited OR Technician program is preferred.
Skills Required:
Must possess AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain it thereafter. Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment are essential.
