Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist to provide individualized treatments for a wide range of outpatient conditions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a relaxed, non-corporate environment where patient care is the top priority. At Health Talent Pro, we provide a supportive atmosphere where therapists can focus on treating their patients without the pressures often associated with corporate or hospital-owned clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate patients' needs, develop treatment plans, and implement effective therapy techniques. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. Ensure a positive patient experience by providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Educate patients and families on proper techniques and exercises to aid in recovery and prevent future injuries.

Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of California or be in applicant status. Strong knowledge of physical therapy practices, techniques, and equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, non-corporate environment.

Ideal Candidate:
Values working in a non-corporate, non-hospital-owned clinic with a more relaxed, patient-focused environment. Enjoys having time to thoroughly treat patients and feels supported by management. Brings a positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Work Schedule:


Hours:
Flexible, depending on the candidate's availability. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00/7:00 PM.
