Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices to promote patient health and well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and services
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health literacy and self-management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current California RN license
- Basic Life Support certification
- ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- 12 lead EKG interpretation skills
